5. AI Data Processing
TalentSource uses artificial intelligence extensively throughout the Service. We want to be transparent about how AI interacts with your data:
- AI Sourcing: Our AI agents scan aggregated professional databases to identify candidates matching job criteria. Candidate data used for sourcing is drawn from publicly available sources and our platform database.
- Prescreening: Automated conversational screening via SMS and email collects candidate responses regarding salary, availability, certifications, and interest level. These responses are processed by AI to score and rank candidates.
- Interview Intelligence: With consent, interview conversations may be recorded, transcribed, and analyzed by AI to generate structured notes and competency assessments. All AI processing runs on TalentSource's secure infrastructure. No candidate data is shared with third-party AI providers.
- Market Intelligence: Salary and compensation data collected through candidate interactions is aggregated and anonymized to generate market benchmarking reports. Individual candidate data is never identifiable in these reports.
